The access and/or use of this portal of Monterreina Comunicación S.L.U attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use herein reflected. The Conditions will be applied independently of the General Contracting Conditions which, where applicable, are of obligatory compliance.
3. USE OF THE PORTAL
www.monterreina.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to Monterreina Comunicación or to its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access to certain services or content.
In such registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. Because of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible for, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially.
The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as, for example, chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that Monterreina Comunicación offers through its portal, including but not limited to not to use them for (i) engaging in illicit or illegal activities or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, terrorist or human rights offences; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Monterreina Comunicación that created the website, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other in the network or any other physical or logical systems that may be susceptible to cause the aforementioned damage; attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
Monterreina Comunicación reserves the right to remove all those comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order or public safety or that, in the opinion of the
public safety or which, in their opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Monterreina Comunicación will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by the users through the forums, chats, or other participation tools.
4. DATA PROTECTION
Monterreina Comunicación complies with the directives of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation of development of the Organic Law was approved and other regulations in force at all times, and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data. Monterreina Comunicación, by itself or as assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web page, as well as of the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts

Monterreina Comunicación will pursue the non-fulfilment of the present conditions as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all the civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Monterreina Comunicación and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
